4 Things you can do to feel more Confident so you can ROCK it in your coaching Business

Before we get into the things you can do to raise your confidence let’s first get clear on what confidence means to you.

What confident means for you? Are you ever thought about this?

For me confident is the internal power to do what I want. Not feeling down or low for others peoples believes.

I want to share with you 4 things that you can do today to start feeling more confident:

  1. Remind yourself that confidence is your own journey: Don’t compare where you are in confident with anyone else. Be where you’re at. Trust what you do, trust what you say. Because confident is the energy that you project.
  2. Sit up straight. Put your shoulders back; put your head high up. Stand up better. This will impact your confidence in a whole new level.
  3. Loving yourself: Love yourself in your journey. Love yourself enough that you do believe in yourself. Take care of your thoughts, what are you telling yourself all the time? Love yourself as so much that you feel confident with yourself. 
  4. Forgive yourself: We punish ourselves when thing don’t go the way we want to. Forgive yourself for that and continue. When we don’t forgive ourselves and are so tough with ourselves it can affect the energy we project (Confidence)
